Frequency is a preference
Weekly, biweekly, monthly and other patterns help describe demand from ordinary businesses and common spaces. Selecting a frequency does not create a service agreement or reserve repeated appointments.
Define what repeats
List the general areas, restroom count, desired service days/window, operating hours and supplies/consumable expectations. Seasonal changes, periodic detail work and approval responsibilities can be described in general notes.
Before a future agreement
A walkthrough may be needed, followed by a written scope covering task frequency, access, exclusions and responsibility for equipment and consumables. The contracting, payment and fee model is not yet finalized.
Current limits
No quotes, matching, bookings, dispatch or payments occur at this stage. Specialist medical, biohazard, industrial and other regulated cleaning are outside this research. A large or uncertain property size stays a manual-review inquiry.
