Walkthrough and written scope
A future walkthrough may be needed to understand access, surfaces, usable area and exclusions. Expressing interest does not arrange a walkthrough. Any future scope, responsibility for consumables and price would need written review after launch approval.
Size and specialist-work boundaries
Known cleanable size can be 1–1,000,000 sq ft. Larger or unknown properties can be recorded for manual review without a numeric estimate. This is an inquiry limit, not acceptance of that size. Medical, biohazard, industrial, hazardous-material or regulated cleaning is not offered.
