1. Information we collect
Customer interest forms: your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, city or neighborhood, service interests, and any home details, preferences, potential future date, or notes you provide.
Cleaning-business interest forms: your name and business name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, service areas, experience, services, availability, usual prices, equipment and transport information, self-reported insurance or business-registration information, public review links, and notes.
Records and correspondence: we store a submission identifier, receipt date, contact-permission record, and administrative status or notes. If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
Technical information: providers that host this site, deliver fonts and visual-effect code, process forms, and handle email may process IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, and request or delivery logs to provide and secure those services. The form code does not add an IP-address field to our interest spreadsheet.
Please do not submit home-entry codes, payment or identity documents, health information, or other sensitive information. Share your own details; use public business-review links rather than another person’s private contact information.
2. How we use information
We use interest records to assess local demand, understand cleaning-business capabilities, plan the project, respond to questions, and contact you about your stated interest and launch plans when you have given permission. We also use limited records to diagnose errors, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and handle privacy requests.
We do not sell the interest list or disclose it to advertising networks for cross-site targeted advertising. At this stage, customer and cleaning-business contact details are not exchanged to arrange work.
4. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
The current website code does not install Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site advertising trackers, or cookies containing form answers. It keeps an unfinished submission’s retry identifier in page memory rather than in local storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or retain information according to its settings.
Hosting and service providers may process technical logs or use necessary security mechanisms independently of the form code. Embedded services such as font delivery also receive requests; their own policies explain their handling of technical information. Third-party sites you choose to visit from a link operate under their own policies and may collect information across websites.
We do not use this website to track your browsing across unrelated sites. The page code does not change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no sale or cross-site targeted-advertising use of our interest list to switch off. This does not prevent you from contacting us about your information.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without submitting a form and leave optional questions blank. To stop interest-list messages, ask to review or correct your details, or request deletion, email hello@leoracleaning.com or leoracleaning@gmail.com, preferably from the address you used on the form. Include “Privacy request” in the subject and explain what you would like changed.
Requests are handled manually. We may need limited information to confirm that the record belongs to you before disclosing or changing it. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, security, disputes, or to remember that you asked not to be contacted. We will explain a limitation when it affects your request. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.
6. Retention and security
We retain interest information while it is needed for the launch research, permitted follow-up, and administrative purposes described here, and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements. The current prototype has no automatic deletion schedule; removal requests require manual review. Copies in provider backups or version histories may remain under those providers’ retention processes.
Our hosted website and form endpoint use HTTPS. We limit access to project records to people and tools needed for administration. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Who this website is for
This project is intended for adults interested in residential cleaning or operating a cleaning business, not for children. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe it has been included in a record so we can review and address it.
8. Changes and contact
We will post updates on this page and revise its effective date. For material changes, we will also place a notice on the homepage or contact affected people where appropriate. Before using existing information for a materially different purpose, we will provide notice and seek permission where required.
